Our goal is to help you feel at home as you try something new. We know the importance of creating a good foundation when you start a new practice in life. Our professional teachers offer variations on most poses allowing you to work as gentle or as strong as you need that day. We meet you where you are.

Chair Yoga

Chairs are used primarily for stretching and pranayama. Gentle standing poses will be included. Ideal for seniors and those with health concerns.

Bridge to Basics Yoga

A perfect blend between gentle and basics. In depth instruction on the fundamentals, alignment, breath and the how to’s of linking poses together. Intro and beginners welcome.

Therapeutic Elements in Yoga

This mindful practice focuses on functional movement through yoga, somatics, and precise strengthening techniques. Philosophy, breath, meditation, chanting and yoga nidra methods are incorporated. Gain helpful takeaways to improve body awareness and postural alignment. Great class for beginners, those in need of healing as well as seasoned students looking for another approach.

Functional Focus All Levels

This is an all-level class designed for strength and mobility with a focus on functional movement for the joints.

Mat Pilates

Pilates offers a bridge between mind and body, supports rehabilitation and healthy movement and even offers a solution to those with restricted mobility. A sequence of exercises performed on the mat with one's own body weight. Props & modifications are used.

Strengthen and Lengthen Yoga

60 minute lunchtime class to get moving and balance out your whole body. Includes linking yoga poses with variations offered.

All Levels Yoga

Variations of the postures are provided and students practice at their own level. Inversions and backbends are introduced.

Intermediate Yoga

This is a stronger class with emphasis on building strength, flexibility and stamina. Inversions and backbends are practiced.

Intermediate Flow

Challenging flow style practice combines breath with series of postures that build heat in the body and develop strength, flexibility and stamina. Prior yoga experience is required.
